My stay at Sheraton Hanoi West was quite pleasant overall, but it’s important to note that it’s a bit far from the main tourist attractions. The elegance of the hotel and its friendly staff really stood out, while the dining options had some hits and misses. I loved the spacious room and amenities but had some issues with the breakfast variety and room service.
